Cinnamon Toast Crunch
Another sleeper pick from the General Mills conference, Cinnamon Toast Crunch has potential. The cereal is popular enough to warrant a spin-off cereal (also found in this group). Theie mascot isnt the most recognizeable, but its passeable. Look for Cinnamon Toast Crunch to come out playing and dont be surprised if they go deep in the field.

Oreo O's
Sneaking in under the radar, Oreo O's brings a unique flavor to the brackets. Modeled after the popular cookie (that not-so coincidentally go great with milk), Oreo O's packs the flavor of the cookies into a breakfast cereal. I mean, who DOESN'T want a sleeve of Oreo's for breakfast? This contender retired in 2007, but can still be found on store shelves, in our hearts, and in the bracket.

Cinnamon Life
Bitter about being the bastard younger brother or Original Life, and left out of its homecourt advantage in the Mikey Likes It Bracket, Cinnamon Life is looking for blood. While not as popular as Regular Life, and not as cinnamony sugary as Cinnamon Toast Crunch, it finds itself straddling the border of the healthy and sugary cereals. Picking up votes from both fanbases could give this one a boost.

Boo Berry
With a strong devoted fan base, Boo Berry comes into this round with the support of fellow Monster Cereals; Frankenberry, Count Chocula, Fruity Yummy Mummy, and Fruit Brute. While the last 2 are retired, and the other 2 are in the field, their combined star power can garner plenty of votes.

Rice Krispies
Home court advantage is a powerful thing. When the bracket is named after your team you have to be going into your first round match with a big head. The only way Rice Krispies loses is if they let it get to their head. However, being the only cereal that can actually "talk", they should be able to give themselves a nice pregame pep-talk.

Smart Start
Lets be honest here, Smart Start has to be one of the biggest underdogs in the field against a stacked Rice Krispies team of cereal elves. However, with the power of soy, vitamins, and antioxidants, the health nuts could possibly come through for it here. Unfortunately, I think a lot of the health nuts will split their votes since Rice Krispies lacks the sugars of others in the field.

Raisin Bran Crunch
This matchup pits two spin-offs against eachother. Raisin Bran Crunch takes the simplistic formula of bran flakes and raisins and tries changing the formula to make a more sugary crunchiness to their flakes. Its a small, but noticeable change, and most still prefer the original formula. However, again the healthier cereal vs the sugary option may sway older voters.

French Toast Crunch
The second in the bastard spinoff battle is French Toast Crunch. Adding a 'maple syrup' taste to Cinnamon toast crunch, and clightly changing the looks of the cereal, French Toast Crunch will appeal to those with a sweet tooth, and fans of a dry maple syrup flavor. Who knows, there may be a loyal fanbase out there, but this matchup is a coin flip.
