When we last caught up with Lane, he was giving out scollies to convicted child molesters. In today's episode the least qualified head football coach in the nation travels to Destin, FL for the SEC annual spring conference. ROCKY TOP WISHES AND CREMSICLE DREAMS TO EVERYONE!
Once again, Kiffin has not coached a game as the Tennessee head man yet, but he has already had minor NCAA violations, major NCAA violations, talked shit about almost every other team in the conference, and brought rapists to campus. For his next trick, he showed up to Destin, FL and spoke to reporters TELLING them how unapologetic he was about his remarks- specifically the ones about Florida/Urban Meyer and South Carolina/Steve Spurrier.
Kiffin has called Urban Meyer "a cheater," and told South Carolina signee Alshon Jeffery that he'd be "pumping gas" if he went to South Carolina. Kiffin's retort to reporters in Destin;
"I have no problem with coach Spurrier," Kiffin said Tuesday. "I just saw him in the elevator. He never apologized to me for saying I started recruiting without passing the NCAA recruiting test."

Of course, Mangino's obesity would fit in better in Knoxville - I bet Kiffin gets grief in the South for his youth and good looks, a la Jimmy Johnson.
