Turbaconducken

This week Armchair Culture salutes the bacon messiah and bacontoday.com author Corey James for taking the classic glutton turducken meal to the next level. Mr. James has dominated the ranks of the bacon community with many previous dishes including bacon cinnamon rolls, bacon brownies, and the infamous bacon taco shells. James has such a bacon following that he was even asked to be a judge at this years (first annual) Bacon Camp, a bacon recipe competition in San Fransico. Only a mastermind such as James could pull off an idea as great as turbaconducken.

As every glutton knows a turducken is a dish consisting of a partially de-boned turkey stuffed with a de-boned duck, which itself is stuffed with a small de-boned chicken. While Mr. James could have simply wrapped the outer turkey with bacon, he went the full mile by completely wrapping the duck and the chicken with bacon before the complicated full insertion (that's what she said) into the turkey. Our hats off to you Mr. James.

Holy Bacon

Does his guy really eat these creations? The first minute eating that would be awesome. Then it would slowly turn into regret... Later that night, when you start sweating grease, you probably wish your creativity would go towards something other than bacon.
