On the agenda this weekend - a black lager (schwarzbier) - I call it Attack of the Swarm in honor of Black Fly season here in Maine. The season should be in full swing when it is time for the first taste. I will be accompanied by my brewing apprentice (aka little brother - Brian) to produce 10 gal. The brewing event will also mark the first outdoor brewing done at the new house.
